Exceptional Opening Hours Summer 2025:

Please note that on the following days, our opening hours will exceptionally differ :

- Friday 11 July : on the Day of the Flemish Community, the museum will be open from 2 PM to 6 PM.

- Friday 25 & Saturday 26 July : the abbatial domain will be hosting many guests for the At Sea concerts. Therefore, the museum and abbey site will close one hour earlier, at 5 PM. Please make sure to buy your museum ticket(s) no later than 4 PM on these two days.

- Friday 15 August : on the occasion of the Assumption of Mary, the museum will be open from 2 PM to 6 PM.

- Saturday 16 August : medieval family festival "Feest in de Abdij". On this day, the museum and abbey site can only be accessed with a festival ticket. A regular museum visit is not possible on that day.

The last tickets are sold one hour before closing time. On public holidays we are open from 2 pm to closing time, except on mondays.
