Where one of the two mills of the Abbey of the Dunes once stood centuries ago, you will now find the mill Zuid-Abdijmolen. Feel the wind play with the mill. See how grain is ground into flour and marvel at this living piece of artisanal heritage.

Practical information :

• individual visits: no reservation required.
  • Opening times from April to September : Mon-Fri: 10am-12pm & 15pm-17pm. Sat : 10am-12pm. Closed on Sundays.
  • Prices for individual visitors : adults (18+) : €2. Children: €1.

• Group visits: Reservation required

  • Group visits are possible from mid-February to mid-November, Monday to Friday, starting at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 14pm, 15pm or 16pm. Request your group visit at least 3 weeks in advance via the link below.

  • Duration : 45 minutes

  • Number of participants per time slot: min. 5 and max. 35 participants. For school groups : max. 30 pupils and 5 supervisors. For safety reasons, please provide at least 2 supervisors per 15 pupils.
